Harmony Grove Village South housing development plans move forward
SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- Despite great concern from residents about wildfire evacuation safety, the San Diego County Board of Supervisors has approved a housing development called Harmony Grove Village South.
The development will consist of more than 450 single-family and multi-family homes. It will also include commercial space, trails and park spaces.
But will it hinder area residents from safely evacuating during a wildfire event?
KOGO radio host Mark Larson joined Good Morning San Diego to discuss the issue. Watch the interview at the top of this article.
