Francis Howell names new superintendent after predecessor's $230K payout
The Francis Howell School District has named Mark Delaney as its next superintendent. The decision comes after previous superintendent Mike Dominguez resigned in July, just weeks before the 2025-26 school year, receiving a $229,000 separation payout.
