Food truck town hall held amid Soulard concerns
There’s a passionate fight underway against a proposal to allow food trucks to set up shop in a St. Louis neighborhood known for its nightlife scene. Neighbors and business owners gathered Thursday at a local St. Louis institution to talk about how the plan could impact the historic Soulard neighborhood.
