Fire breaks out near vacant Mimi's Cafe in Oceanside
Oceanside Fire Department responded to a vegetation fire near State Route 76 on Thursday afternoon, sending tall flames and heavy smoke in the air, while reducing visibility along Jefferson Street and the freeway corridor, but no injuries or structural damage were reported.
