Festus City Council votes down recall petitions
Nearly two weeks ago, a group seeking to recall four Festus elected officials had their petitions certified by Jefferson County Clerk Jeannie Goff to recall Mayor Sam Richards, Councilman Michael Cook, Councilman David Boyer and Councilman Kevin Dennis.
