Fall-like weather transitions to summer heat by midweek
Another gorgeous, fall like day ahead with temperatures climbing to the mid 70s under sunny skies. Clear and chilly again overnight into Monday morning so it'll be a cool start at Monday's bus stop. Lows will fall into the 40s to low 50s.
Surface high pressure slides east early in the work week which will warm us up gradually. Monday will still be nice, but warmer, as highs climb to around 80. A summer feel will return by midweek as temperatures Wednesday through the weekend hangout in the upper 80s and low 90s. Humidity levels stay manageable, so we are not expecting high heat index values.
We could use some good soaking rains but unfortunately there's none of that in the extended forecast.
