Fairmount Park's 2025 season: Live races now at 2:30 p.m.
COLLINSVILLE, Ill. -- Fairmount Park Casino and Racing is moving its live race post times to 2:30 p.m. for the remainder of the 2025 season. The change will remain in place through the final race day on Saturday, November 1.
Races at the Collinsville track will continue to run on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Track officials say the later start is designed to make weekday and weekend racing more accessible for fans. The schedule adjustment also aligns Fairmount Park’s races with national wagering windows.
This year marks Fairmount Park’s 100th anniversary. A Centennial Celebration is set for September 18–20, highlighted by the FanDuel St. Louis Derby on September 19. The $250,000 stakes race is expected to draw horses and trainers from outside the region.
