Endangered Silver Advisory issued for 68-year-old man in north STL County
ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - An Endangered Silver Advisory was issued early Thursday morning after reports of a 68-year-old man missing in north St. Louis County.
According to the St. Louis County Police Department, the advisory was issued after Ellery Jones, 68, went missing following an incident around 4:30 a.m. Thursday on the 6500 block of Epphingham Lane in Florissant.
Jones was last seen leaving his home on foot without his needed medicine and has not yet returned. According to police, Jones suffers from dementia and congestive heart failure.
Jones is described as a 68-year-old black man, standing at 5 feet 9 inches, weighs 215 pounds, with white hair, brown eyes, and a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a blue polo shirt and black pants.
