Endangered Person Advisory issued for 28-year-old woman in STL County

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - An Endangered Person Advisory was issued Wednesday evening after reports of a 28-year-old woman missing.

According to the St. Louis County Police Department, 28-year-old Kala Moore was reported missing after an incident shortly before 8 p.m. Wednesday on the 2100 block of Empire Court in north St. Louis County.

Moore was last seen traveling northbound on North Florissant Road at Airport Road driving a light gray 2024 Hyundai Tucson, bearing Illinois plates 'FP268719.' Moore previously sent a text to her boyfriend of Creve Coeur lake saying "goodbye," police said. Family and friends have since not been able to make contact with her.

Police say Moore is described as a 28-year-old black woman standing at 5 feet 4 inches, weighs 185 pounds, and has brown hair, brown eyes, and a tattoo on her right arm and neck.

Moore has a history of depression and does not take her medication regularly, police said. Moore also suffers from type 1 diabetes and is believed to not have her medicine with her.
