Details: The Élysée Palace noted that the 8 December London meeting of the UK, French, German and Ukrainian leaders enabled them to "continue joint work on the American plan" to end the war, "aiming to supplement it with European contributions in close coordination with Ukraine".

This process is "in the final stages" and is being handled by national security advisers "for interactions between the Europeans, Americans and Ukrainians, which should strengthen convergence in the coming days".

"Meanwhile, efforts will be stepped up to provide Ukraine with strong security guarantees and to plan measures for Ukraine's recovery," the Élysée Palace added.
