Driver denied bond reduction after fatal hit-and-run crash in Bellefontaine Neighbors
Devin Daugherty, 20, is being held on a $250,000 bond after being charged in a fatal crash that killed three women in Bellefontaine Neighbors in May, after allegedly driving over 100 mph and leaving the scene.
