Domestic violence suspect tased, arrested after police chase in East County
Two officers were injured while attempting to arrest a domestic violence suspect who allegedly tried to stab a woman and later rammed a police vehicle, resulting in the suspect being taken into custody and the female victim receiving medical treatment.
