DEA St. Louis seizes 600K fentanyl doses as part of nationwide crackdown
Calling it “a significant blow to drug trafficking networks,” the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration announced its agents seized more than 57 million potentially fatal doses of fentanyl during the second phase of a nationwide operation to reduce the illegal supply and demand of the drug.
