Crews responding to head-on collision in De Soto
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo. - Crews are responding to the scene after reports of a head-on collision Tuesday morning in De Soto.
The crash happened around 11 a.m. on Missouri Route 21 at Route 110.
No fatalities have been reported after the crash, according to a spokesperson from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Missouri Route 21 at Route 110 remains closed as crews continue to clear the scene and investigate the crash.
