Crash in Warren Co. closes I-70 for hours: MoDOT
WARREN COUNTY, Mo. - A major accident in Warren County, involving multiple vehicles on Interstate 70, has halted traffic, according to MoDOT officials.
MoDOT, who reported the crash around 4 p.m. on Tuesday, says the accident happened at mile marker 196, which is near Stacks Church Road and Warren County.
MoDOT says first responders are at the crash site, and eastbound I-70 near mile marker 196 is temporarily closed. Drivers are encouraged to seek alternative routes to avoid the impacted area.
