County supervisors approve plan to expand affordable downtown parking
San Diego County supervisors have unanimously approved a plan to increase parking options downtown, with an emphasis on keeping spots affordable, by utilizing over 800 potentially available spaces after 5 p.m. in three county-owned parking structures.
