City of St. Louis awarded almost $3.9M for affordable housing, homeownership, rehabilitation
On Wednesday, the Community Development Administration (CDA) granted the City of St. Louis almost $3.9 million in federal housing funds to bolster more affordable housing, rehabilitation and homeownership opportunities.
