Child located, suspect in custody after Sedalia AMBER Alert
KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- After the Missouri State Highway Patrol issued an AMBER Alert for an abducted child in Sedalia, Missouri Thursday afternoon, MSHP says the child has been found and the suspect is in custody.
The initial search was for a blue, two-door 2000 Buick Century with Missouri license plates.
Later Thursday afternoon, MSHP said that 48-year-old Brice Story was taken into custody. The 16-year-old girl, who was reportedly abducted, was located as well.
