Carlsbad cracks down on new e-bike safety laws, prohibits vehicles from certain parks
The city of Carlsbad has officially implemented its new e-bike safety rules and regulations, which include a minimum age of 12 for operators, a ban on e-bikes in certain parks, and the ability for the Police Department to impound e-motorcycles that are not street legal.
