Cardinals promote Blaze Jordan; Nolan Gorman optioned to AAA
The St. Louis Cardinals have officially promoted hot-hitting prospect Blaze Jordan for his Major League debut. In a corresponding move, slumping third baseman Nolan Gorman has been optioned to Triple-A Memphis.
