Capital of Craft Beer Festival to kick off San Diego Beer Week
SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- More than two dozen breweries will be in one place this November when the Capital of Craft Beer Festival returns on San Diego Beer Week.
The San Diego Brewers Guild is holding the Capital of Craft Beer Fest on Saturday, Nov. 8, kicking off San Diego Beer Week.
The brewers guild announced the festival date on Monday, and dropped tickets for the arts, craft and food festival taking place on the Harley-Davidson Festival Grounds on Morena Blvd in San Diego.
Tickets are $50 for unlimited 2oz samples of over 50 local craft beers in a commemorative cup, with $65 VIP tickets that will get you in an hour early.
There will also be artist and vendor booths, along with live entertainment from Flash Pants and DJ Twon Burgundy and local restaurant vendors.
The festival from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8 is for adults 21 and older.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the San Diego Brewers Guild nonprofit. Tickets can be purchased online at capitalofcraftbeerfest.com.
