Canada to provide nearly US$40 million in humanitarian aid to Ukraine
The Canadian government is providing Ukraine with over CA$50 million (around US$39 million) in humanitarian assistance.

Details: The funds will be channelled through "experienced and trusted partners".

- Canada has extended the Canada-Ukraine Authorisation for Emergency Travel, allowing Ukrainians to live and work in Canada.
- Canada expressed its readiness to cooperate in establishing a Veterans Support Fund in Ukraine, aimed at strengthening the system for their post-service reintegration.
- Canada announced a new CA$2 billion (about US$1.4 billion) package of military aid for Ukraine and imposed new sanctions on Russia, including measures targeting the shadow fleet and a lower price cap on Russian oil, on 24 February, marking the fourth anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
