CaliBaja higher education consortium launches, strengthening cross-border academic ties
The CaliBaja Higher Education Consortium (CHEC) was launched in San Diego, bringing together 17 universities and research institutions from both sides of the U.S.-Mexico border to expand student mobility, advance joint research, and better connect the region's growing workforce.
