Burglars hit businesses in south St. Louis County
ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - Police are investigating after a series of burglaries at a set of businesses in south St. Louis County.
According to police, burglars targeted the General Grant Center on Watson Road in south St. Louis County, breaking into 'Titanium Vapor' and attempting to enter 'Discount Liquor and Smoke.'
Police reported that the burglars successfully broke into Titanium Vapor but were unable to gain entry into Discount Liquor and Smoke after smashing a window.
In addition to the incidents at the General Grant Center, police are investigating two more break-ins on Lemay Ferry Road after the front doors of 'For Lovers Only' and 'Susan's Nails' were smashed.
Officers believe that the four break-ins are connected. An investigation into the burglaries is ongoing and it is unknown what items the burglars took during the incidents.
