Big changes coming to the Union-Lindell interchange
It’s an area with a checkered history — the Union-Lindell interchange is where, in 2018, a car crash over Forest Park Parkway caused part of the bridge to fall and kill businesswoman Janet Torrisi-Mokwa, wife of former St. Louis City Police Chief Joe Mokwa.
