“The operational situation in the area of responsibility of the Defence Forces of southern Ukraine remains tense. No signs of the enemy forming offensive groups were detected. The [Ukrainian] defense forces continue to hold positions on the left bank of the Dnipro, continue counter-battery fighting, inflicting fire damage on enemy positions, and the enemy’s rear,” the report reads.

The Command says on 19 November, Russian forces shelled several Ukrainian settlements, including Kherson and Ochakiv, resulting in injuries to six civilians and substantial infrastructure damage. The assault has affected residential buildings, utilities, and private businesses.

According to the Command, Ukrainian defense efforts in the south have been effective, with six Russian soldiers confirmed killed and significant Russian military infrastructure destroyed, including an ammunition supply point and a UAV control center, on 19 November.
